Return Policy: We proudly stand behind all our products. At Spagetti Cowboys Pet Boutique you can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date.

In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.

Please e-mail us at sales@spagetticowboyspetboutique.com and request a return authorization code (RAC). Also, please provide an explanation why your product needs to be returned. If you no longer have the customer order form, please write your name, order number, address, RAC and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box.

Anything you return should be unopened or in otherwise new condition to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund. We will contact you with details of your refund once we receive and process the returned item. Due to the nature of the items, we cannot offer refunds on dog costumes and wedding related items. Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees incurred in the return process.

Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned.

We recommend sending items with a tracking number in order to confirm delivery. Spagetti Cowboys Pet Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.

We will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Spagetti Cowboys Pet Boutique.
